Semitrone Triple System Water Wipe Able Epoxy Joint Filler

It's a unique system of three components - epoxy based joint fillers. It is easily applicable on the surface of costly granites, vitrified tiles etc. It is particulary of great use, where polishing is not possible after application of epoxies. In our system, even an unskilled laborer can easily clean the surace. So far, it was impossible, to get cleaned such surfaces. Laborers, to clean such surfaces, used to apply either solvent or they were doing it through polishing stone. As a result, either surface area would get damaged or the color of surface would get distorted.

Now, with our triple system filler, you get freedom from all these problems. Semitrone Three Pack Epoxy Joint Fillers are available in solid colors and alsso in custom built color shades. Semitrone Epoxy Joint Filler is suitable for filling joints from 20 mm wide and 12 to 15 mm deep, between granite tiles, mosaic, marbles, vitrified tiles etc. We don't suggest it for joints of glazed decorative tiles for wall fittings.

Care Should Be Taken While Applying It At The Site

Check the seal on the product, before starting preparations.
Ratio of the fillers is reommended for normal conditions and joint widtH of the objects. However, it would vary i.e. quantity of the fillers, depending upon the joints' width and conditions at the site.
Shake will resin and hardener, and then mix them before adding the filler.
Shake tharoughly resin, hardener and filler, to make them smooth.
Apply immediately the mix at the place where it is to be applied.
Within 20 to 30 minutes of application, remove excess materials from outer surface of the joints. To get best result, use emulsifying pad.

How To Use

Remove all dust and contaminates from the joints.
Pour part 1 & 2 in to clean vessel., and mix gently, use slow speed mixer or by hand.
Add part 3 in to the mix and mix until uniformly blended.
Immediately pour the paste in to joints until completely filled.
Use diagonal strokes to pack the joints.
Remove excess grout from the surface of the tile with the edge of the grout float.
Clean the surface immediately with cool water and nylon pad.
